As my client, I will work with you to find the right home at the right price, negotiate the purchase contract, facilitate the mortgage process, project manage the building process if required, manage and the inspections, work with you to address and resolve issues and manage the closing process. In today's real estate market putting some PEP into selling your home is key. My PEP strategy engages my sellers to make sure the Product (i.e. Your House) is ready to sell. Using sales and marketing tools afforded to me, I provide maximum Exposure of the "Product" using the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Internet Advertising (17+ Real Estate Websites, Social Media, etc.). Having up to date and reliable market information is the key to Pricing your house. Using market analytics such as absorption rate and probability of selling at a given price point, along with my expertise and knowledge of the local market, I work closely with my sellers to determine a pricing strategy and listing price for your home using a value based pricing approach. Putting PEP in the sale of your home can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that is sold fast.
